Found a new recipe for it this week, and more simple you could not find:
Put in the bottom of a large bowl:
2 Tablespoons honey
Whisk in:
3 Tablespoons cider vinegar
And then whisk in:
2 Tablespoons canola or other tasteless oil
Toss in:
1 (8-10 oz) bag preshredded coleslaw or broccoslaw mix
Add:
Salt and pepper if desired.

Hello, my name is Edie (rhymes with Dede) and I just ran into your blog looking for a soy free cookbook.
I am almost 47 years old and now have an adult onset, severe soy (and all it's minions) allergy.
It is a good thing I have been cooking since I was 12....
I have gutted my kitchen of all the soy junk.
