If you have soy-free mayo, you can have ham salad:
8 ounces ham, cut into chunks
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 stalk celery, cut into 1" chunks
1 Tbs sweet relish (or more, to taste)
1 tsp dried onion flakes
1 tsp grainy mustard
1/8 tsp ground pepper
Process all in the food processor until ground but not mushy.
Serve as a sandwich filling.
